Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order on the Alexia & Antonia website, the consumer agrees to the following Return and Exchange Policy:

Products Made to Order or Customized

Products made to order or customized cannot be returned, regardless of the payment method, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014, which specifies exceptions to the right of withdrawal for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 16(c)).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 9(1) of GEO No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you physically received the products, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping fees.

If you choose to withdraw from the contract, the value of the product will be refunded, excluding delivery costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

As per Art. 16(c) of GEO No. 34/2014, products made to order, customized, or adjusted to the client’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies to all dresses that are personalized or adjusted according to client-provided specifications.

Return of Defective Products

If the received product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us in writing via email at contact@alexiaandantonia.com within 5 calendar days of receiving the package. If this notification is not received within the specified period, the product can no longer be returned or replaced.

Return Conditions

We accept returns of products purchased online, provided they show no signs of use and are returned in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as when received.

For purchases made in physical stores, refunds are not accepted. Only product exchanges are allowed. Exchanges can be made only for a product of the same or higher value and only if the product is not defective, has been kept in its original condition, shows no signs of wear, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Procedure

  1. Filling Out the Return Form: To initiate the return process, you must complete the return form. This can be requested via email at contact@alexiaandantonia.com or WhatsApp at +40 741 012 203.
  2. Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping. The package must be sent back to us with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Refund Process: The company is obligated to refund the value of the returned product within 14 days of the contract's termination but not before receiving and inspecting the returned product. If the returned product is damaged or cannot be resold as new, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Special Conditions

If the returned products do not meet the above conditions (e.g., the product is damaged, tags or packaging are missing), we reserve the right to reject the return and refuse the refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the initial delivery costs, return costs, or any other fees (e.g., customs duties) will not be refunded.

Abusive Orders

If an abuse of the right of withdrawal is detected (e.g., repeated cancellations of orders), we reserve the right to refuse future orders from the customer in question.

This return policy complies with Romanian legislation and ensures consumer protection in distance purchases, maintaining a balance between customer rights and the commercial protection of the company.
